Operating principle

Victoria's dedicated facade remediation specialist, operating for over 12 years. We hold an unlimited commercial building licence obtained specifically for cladding remediation work, and we operate exclusively within that scope.

Our work spans the full remediation cycle: facade assessment and invasive auditing, design and documentation to meet Australian Building Codes Board compliance pathways, removal of non-compliant ACP and facade systems, installation of certified replacements, and complete project certification for insurers and regulators.

Every project is managed end-to-end by remediation specialists, not generalist builders. That focus means tighter compliance outcomes, fewer surprises, and documentation that holds up under regulatory scrutiny.
